The post was titled: ‘Am I overreacting?’

‘We’ve been dating for nine months. He did end up unfollowing them but I feel like an a**hole for how I treated him but also feel like I was valid in bringing it up,’ she said as she shared the text messages.

In the first exchange, the woman said: ‘I’m going to be honest about something here. It makes me uncomfortable that you follow OnlyFans girls on Instagram.

‘And you can say I’m insecure or whatever but like it really bothers me a lot.

‘Especially when I look nothing like them.’

Her boyfriend brushed off her concerns as he questioned why she was going through his following list.

He replied: ‘Well it has been there long before you. I don’t really care nor do I pay attention to it. But if you want to overthink it be my guest?’

The Reddit poster emphasized that she still had concerns, which caused her partner to claim that she was being ‘controlling.’

People on the web flooded the comments section and slammed the boyfriend as they urged her to break up with him

The couple went back and forth as her lover slammed her for even asking him to unfollow the models.

Despite the woman being ‘hurt,’ the conversation eventually ended without a resolution.

People on the web flooded the comments section and slammed the boyfriend as they urged her to break up with him.

One person said: ‘The way he responded was UNBELIEVABLY childish. You should not date someone who talks to you like this. It’s unacceptable.

‘You deserve to be with someone who treats you with respect. Your dynamic seems incredibly toxic. If my significant other texted me like this I would break up with them on the spot. Run as fast as you can.’

Someone else added: ‘I’m a man and I say leave him.’

Another user wrote: ‘Dump him.’

One person commented: ‘He doesn’t care about your feelings.’
