She currently viewing a third too, with a budget of £1.5million
Right now, everyone is talking about OnlyFans model, Lily Phillips. Her “100 men in a day” challenge made her hot topic, and now people are discussing how lucrative the YouTube challenge may have been for her. Well, it looks like very. Lily Phillips already has two homes to her name, and is looking at a third.
Before becoming an OnlyFans creator, Lily Phillips had a very privileged life, and has said money was never an issue. Lily’s parents offered her the chance to be privately educated, and the family had two holidays every year – a fancy skiing trip and a luxury summer getaway. The family also owned a Range Rover, an Audi, and a Porsche 911.
She’s since reported to have earned £2million through OnlyFans, and has a huge net worth. So, with that money, Lily Phillips has started to invest in homes.
Speaking to MailOnline, Lily revealed she currently lives in an apartment in west London. Plus, she has already purchased a house in Derby and said she’s looking looking at getting a third, viewing properties valued at around £1.5million.
At the start of her “100 men in a day” video, Lily invited YouTube creator Josh Pieters into her Chelsea apartment. They drank tea in her kitchen and living area, before she took him into the bedroom to show “where the magic happens”.
Lily has also shared some pictures on her Instagram, and videos on her TikTok page. They show inside her Chelsea home. It looks really modern, with a beige bathroom and clean, beige interiors. She has wooden floors throughout, and cosy lighting.
Lily also gave a little look on Instagram at her flat decorated for Christmas. “Finally got my tree up,” she said alongside a snap of the decorations.
She shares the flat with her dog, who goes to daycare in the days when she’s out filming or doing interviews. Lily previously said in a “spend the day with me” video that she has to stand over her dog whilst she eats, as she fears Lily is going to go out and leave her.
It looks as though the Chelsea flat is where Lily lives most of the time. The Derby home must also be part of her portfolio. And I guess we’ll have to wait and see about the third pad.
Not bad, not bad!
