An OnlyFans mom has lost the two-year legal battle she waged against a Florida school district that banned her from volunteering at her sons’ school.
Victoria Triece, 33, sued Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) for $1 million in 2023. She accused Sand Lake Elementary of blocking her from helping out with class activities after discovering she was an adult entertainer.
At the time, she claimed she was ‘humiliated’ and that her personal life was none of the school’s business. She sued OCPS for violating her rights of free speech, free assembly and her right of privacy.
Triece – who has appeared on the covers of Playboy and FHM magazines – also accused the school board of ‘sexual cyberharassment’ for sharing photos from her OnlyFans among staff and with media outlets.
But Orange County Circuit Judge Brian S. Sandor ultimately ruled against the model on January 29 – deciding she did not have a ‘substantive due process right’ to volunteer at the school to begin with.
‘The record before the Court does not contain any evidence that supports Plaintiff’s assertion that her right to raise her child has been constitutionally impaired,’ Sandor’s resolution reads, according to ClickOrlando.
The judge wrote that Triece does not have the right to argue with school about being removed.
He said the volunteer program ‘does not include any language that confers any right or benefit upon an individual to participate in the program, to remain in the program, or to appeal a removal decision.’

Sandor also noted that she never filed a formal appeal to OCPS about the decision. She had only submitted a petition for a writ of mandamus – which was shot down.
When it comes to Triece’s right to privacy, the judge said Florida’s Constitution does not guarantee her the right to volunteer at public schools.
Sandor decided that sharing the sex worker’s explicit images was appropriate in this case, as the district was obligated to send the images to media organizations because of public records requests.
The pictures were shared among OCPS employees in order to assess the situation, according to court records.
Triece’s sexual cyberharassment assertion was denied because this was not a case of ‘revenge porn.’
‘The record also shows that OCPS’s disclosure was for a legitimate purpose and a person is only liable under the statute if the disclosure by that person was for a non-legitimate purpose,’ the filing states.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Triece, her attorney Mark NeJame and OCPS for comment on the decision.
Triece – who has more than 148,000 followers on her main Instagram account and nearly 264,000 TikTok followers – has said her modeling allows her to support and spend time with her two children.

She told WESH in 2023: ‘The reason that I even started OnlyFans was because I didn’t want a nine to five.
‘I wanted to still be involved. I went through a crazy breakup. I wanted to still go to school with them and be with them 24/7 and be as involved in their lives as I could be without being away from them. They’re everything to me.’
After organizing events for her sons – aged five and 10 at the time – and their peers at the elementary school for about five years, someone anonymously sent the principal raunchy pictures of Triece in 2021.
Principal Kathleen Phillips then reportedly brought the situation to her the attention of her supervisor – who made the call to blacklist Triece.
The lawsuit alleged the principal told her ‘she could no longer be around children on school grounds.’
‘I was humiliated, and I should not, and no one else should be concerned about what another parent does,’ the frustrated mother told WESH in 2021.
‘I just love spending time with my kids and I have a great relationship with other parents and students.’
Triece passed extensive annual background checks to help out in her children’s classrooms and has no criminal.

Speaking to DailyMail.com in 2023, NeJame said the school board was behaving like the ‘morality police’ and compared it to a parent who hunts endangered species or cheats on their partner.
He explained: ‘If a teacher or a parent was having an adulterous relationship, many would consider that to be far less moral.
‘Does that mean that parents and teachers who have violated their marriage vows shouldn’t be around children, is that immoral?’
After learning she was no longer welcome to donate her time at Sand Lake Elementary, Triece said she felt like she was being unfairly scrutinized.
‘Nobody has the right to judge what other people do for a living. I feel judged, and so isolated,’ she told WESH.
