Denise Richards was at first skeptical about her 20-year-old daughter’s OnlyFans page, but she’s warmed up to the idea.
The actress spoke with People about her daughter Sami’s account, and subsequently revealed that she has now set one up for herself as well. The income from OnlyFans helps pay the bills, as Denise has said the app proved to be “very lucrative.”
Sami is Denise’s daughter with actor Charlie Sheen. She made headlines when she launched the account at just 19 years old, and she even referred to herself as a “sex worker” in 2023, which previously caused a rift in the family.
Now, however, both parents seem to be on board., with Denise making an account for herself to show solidarity with her daughter. The 54-year-old told People: “At first, I didn’t understand what OnlyFans was.

“When I saw that she was getting backlash for owning her sexuality and doing what she wanted to do, it upset me as a mom and also as a woman in business.” Sami explained that she launched the account to make enough money to move out.
She wanted to move into an apartment, and her part-time job at a candy store wasn’t enough to pay the rent. “So I went to the next best thing and made an OnlyFans,” Sami told People.
While she appreciates her mom’s support, Sami also had one complaint about her account. She said: “I wish she’d waited a bit because she started it right after me but it doesn’t bother me.”
Charlie and Denise are in a good place at the moment after he got sober in 2017. Moreover, Denise said that “he’s been supportive since day one.”
A new reality series about the family is set to premiere March 4 on Bravo. Called ‘Denise Richards & Her Wild Things,’ it follows the actress and her daughters lives in Hollywood.
