Why It Matters
The 23-year-old sex worker went viral in TikTok in October after she revealed her goal of sleeping with 100 men in 14 hours. Her pregnancy announcement comes shortly after another high-profile sex worker, Bonnie Blue sparked rumors online that she was pregnant.

What To Know
In posts across TikTok and Instagram, Phillips announced that she was pregnant.
In a post on Instagram which has been liked over 37,000 times at the time of reporting, Phillips wrote, “the secret is out baby phillips 2025.”
Phillips’ announcement came shortly after rumors circulated that Bonnie Blue, real name Tia Bellinger was pregnant.
Competition between Bonnie Blue and Lily Philips has been extreme. In January, Bonnie Blue claimed to have slept with 1,057 men in only 12 hours, which she said is a “world record.” In response to this, on January 21, Phillips pledged to have anal sex with as many men as possible. Speaking in a video, she said: “I’m having sex with as many guys as possible in my backdoor. Will you be there?”
Both of these stunts have left people concerned about how far Blue and Phillips are willing to push themselves in order to go viral.
Now Phillips has claimed to be pregnant, which has left many social media users questioning the truth of her announcement. One comment on her Instagram post reads, “This is not real,” and another reads, “Don’t fall for this stunt. Remember they just out for you attention.”
A picture shared on Instagram shows Phillips with a prominent baby bump. In the picture she is standing in front of a window but her reflection does not appear to show a baby bump.
In the Instagram post, Phillips included a picture of a pregnancy test which said one-two weeks pregnant. Social media users were quick to point out that you don’t have that prominent a bump at one-two weeks, though it is not clear when the test would have been taken.
Videos responding to the announcement have been shared on TikTok, where users have shared questions and concerns. In one video from the account JetSetGypsea, which has been liked over 25,000 times, the creator says “Some of us now just don’t believe any of this.”
Another video shared to TikTok from the account Lauren_showbizgossip branded the announcement as “Fake.” In the clip, the creator says, “The fact that she is using this for clickbait ragebait marketing is a tad bizarre, is a tad weird,” in reference to Phillips’ announcement. “This behavior needs analyzed,” the creator said.
What People Are Saying
One comment on Phillips’ Instagram read: “I think Lily and Bonnie saying this is disgusting. So many women who are desperate to be able to have children and cant.”
A comment on Phillips’ TikTok read: “Found out I have endometriosis so if this is a joke this is sick feel for us women who can’t have children/more children….”
What’s Next
Phillips has not addressed the speculation over the announcement but given her high profile and how frequently she posts on social media, it is likely that more information will come in time.
