Rising OnlyFans star Sophie Rain is facing backlash from critics who accuse her of “using God” to justify her content, but she isn’t here for the hypocrisy.
In a no-holds-barred statement exclusively to The Blast, Sophie Rain called out the double standards and delivered a sermon of her own.

“People love to weaponize religion when it’s convenient for them. But last I checked, judgment wasn’t in God’s job description for us,” she told The Blast exclusively. “I talk to God every day, and I truly believe He’s proud of how far I’ve come, especially knowing why I do this. It’s not just about money; it’s about taking care of my family.”

Sophie also got candid about the power of confidence, body autonomy, and the double standard women face when they’re loud about either.
“If God gave me this platform, this body, and this voice, why wouldn’t I use it? Why is that offensive only when it’s not done quietly?” she added. “It’s ironic, the same men calling me a disgrace are the ones subscribed to my page. If you think I’m so sinful, maybe cancel your subscription first.”
Sophie Speaks On Faith, Fame, And OnlyFans

These comments come after a viral video of Rain made its rounds on X, in which she spoke out about her love for God.
“I have a very close relationship with my church and I love God, and I believe that he will forgive your sins for anything,” she said in the video. “And I think that he’s happy that I’m successful. I do like a little video call because I’m currently living in Miami, but I used to live in Tampa, and that’s like my home church. I love that church so much. And I’ll never, my pastor that is there, I can’t listen to another pastor.”

The model and content creator has never shied away from her spirituality, and she says her faith is what keeps her grounded, not something she’s exploiting.

The video was shared by hundreds of people, with one social media user starting an entire thread with the caption, “Sophie you are a disgrace to Christianity. Why do these pr-stitutes try to grift religion when they’re obviously being used by Satan.”
Sophie clapped back, “It’s always the men who fund my lifestyle who have something to say, seems more like self-hatred than actual criticism at this point.”

“Do you know how delusional you have to be to think God is happy with the way you make your money?” someone else asked.
Another stood up for Sophie, blaming the issue on men.
“It’s not her fault she’s hot and goes viral thanks to a bunch of gooners willing to spend hundreds or thousands for a bikini pic or gif,” they said. “MEN should just accept and embrace their natural Simp Instinct.”
Meanwhile someone else expressed, “Well, it is amazing to make $42 million for taking pictures and videos of yourself, these people are buying, it is kinda insane this whole concept of OnlyFans.”

“We grew up on food stamps, like paycheck to paycheck, we had no money at all,” she previously told The Blast. “I knew that I needed to make money somehow because my only vision was helping my family. That’s all I wanted to do.”
In her debut year, Rain earned more than $43 million and by early 2025, that figure soared past $63 million, with $51 million in net profit.
Rather than splurging on lavish luxuries, Rain focused on giving back to her family. She paid off her parents’ $15,000 property tax debt, bought them a new car and refrigerator, and is currently on the hunt for a new home to gift them.
“My parents gave everything they had for me growing up,” she added. “Now it’s my turn to give everything back.”
