NFL star Tyreek Hill refused to answer questions about who introduced him to an OnlyFans model in court, fearing it would ruin the man’s family if his name was revealed, In Touch can exclusively report.

The Miami Dolphins wide receiver, 31, and model, Sophie Hall, 35, are in the middle of a court battle over alleged injuries she suffered at his home.

On March 6, Sophie filed a motion to compel Tyreek to answer questions he avoided during his deposition in the case, which took place on December 3, 2024.

During the deposition, Sophie claimed Tyreek testified that he had a friend that initially introduced him to Sophie.

Sophie’s lawyer said, “Specifically, when asked why he decided to get in contact with [Sophie], [Tyreek] testified that his ‘friend’ had showed him a video of Sophie, leading him to look into and research [Sophie], including checking out her Instagram and OnlyFans pages.”

Sophie’s lawyer pressed Tyreek for the name of his friend who showed him the video of Sophie and got him in touch with her.

In her motion, Sophie claimed when asked for the friend’s name, Tyreek responded, “I don’t want to — I already told you I’m not saying his name.”

Her lawyer responded, “So just for the record, you’re refusing to answer my question on …” Tyreek was quoted as stating, “Yes. Yes, I am. I am. I will bite the bullet for that. I will bite the bullet for that because I’m finna [sic] ruin his family, no, huh-uh. Huh-uh.”

Sophia said Tyreek was deposed again on February 14. The NFL star was asked again for the name of his friend but refused, according to Sophie.

The model argued the information to how their relationship formed was “highly relevant” to the case. She noted Tyreek’s lawyer never objected to the question during the deposition.

The transcript for Tyreek’s deposition was submitted as evidence.

Tyreek fired back at Sophie’s motion as well as her “blatantly incorrect and scandalous description of the circumstances giving rise to this suit.” The NFL star accused Sophie of bringing the motion “in an effort to make headlines and bolster her social media presence and income stream.”

Tyreek said the person who first “introduced” Sophie to him by showing him a video of Sophie “is completely irrelevant because it is obvious that [Tyreek] and [Sophie] did in fact connect and thereafter meet in person.”

“That is not denied,” Tyreek’s lawyer said.

“As [Tyreek] explained at his deposition when he refused to provide the name of his friend, such disclosure would bring harm to the friend.”

“It does not take any great leap of imagination to conclude that it would harm a married man to have it disclosed that he showed a video on his phone of a woman who has displayed herself on OnlyFans. [Tyreek] recognized that harm when he refused to give his friend’s name and this court should recognize the harm (and the motivations in seeking the name) as well,” his lawyer argued in opposition to Sophie’s motion to compel.

On April 23, the judge presiding over the case denied Sophie’s motion to compel.

As In Touch first reported, Sophie sued Tyreek in February 2024. She claimed to have met the football star after buying her then 10-year-old son a ticket to Tyreek’s football camp in 2023.

The model claimed Tyreek sent her a direct message on Instagram the day after she registered her child to attend.

She claimed he asked to meet up and get to know each other. In the suit, Sophie said Tyreek invited her over to his home the day before the camp. She said while at his home, Tyreek was practicing with a trainer.

She claimed Tyreek invited her to train with him and practice drills.

Sophie accused Tyreek, during one play, of charging at her with “great force, resulting in significant and serious injury.”

“The crushing force was so great that she sustained a right leg fracture, necessitating surgery with mental hardware implantation,” the suit alleged. The model sued for assault and battery seeking unspecified damages.

Tyreek denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

His lawyer argued the OnlyFans model “conducted herself in a careless and negligent manner” and said her negligence was a contributing and/or sole reason for her injuries. His lawyer argued Sophie tripped over his dog which caused her injury.
