A woman born with two vaginas has opened up about turning her rare medical condition into a path of stardom and success. We’re talking about OnlyFans star Annie Charlotte, who was diagnosed with uterus didelphys at the age of 16. The conditions result in the development of two ducts in the uterus, leading to the creation of two cervices and two vaginal canals, two uteruses and an ovary on each side in some cases. Charlotte shared how she embraced her condition, further stating that she is thankful she didn’t get any surgery for it.
Speaking to US Weekly, the 26-year-old adult star said, “I’m bloody glad I didn’t have surgery, because Jesus Christ, what would I be doing for my life right now? I literally don’t even know. It’s my whole personality trait on the internet.”

Mentioning that she initially thought about “getting rid” of the condition, Charlotte revealed that she started teaching herself about the diagnosis. “The lack of knowledge, I think, in the medical field is also another stressful thing,” she added.
Charlotte believes the OnlyFans platform has helped her feel empowered after her diagnosis, like many other women. “It’s allowed everyone, like women, to take back power in a space that was completely male-dominated. You look at how mainstream pornography was very male-dominated, and women have been in very compromising situations in order to make money. I think what OnlyFans has done is allow women to be in this space and have full control. That’s another reason why some people don’t like it, because some men just do not like to see women succeed,” she continued.
She feels “very fortunate” for being able to make her space on the platform with the diagnosis. Charlotte also wishes to attempt other methods to raise awareness about her condition, adding that she wants to bring a change in the space for women in gynaecology with more care for such cases.
Notably, things didn’t easily work for Annie Charlotte. Speaking to news.com.au, she spoke about the challenges that she faced with her diagnosis. Charlotte received a lot of explicit questions and comments, with some even asking her if she’s had two at a time. “With work, it’s so easy to be like, ‘It’s just a job.’ But with my dating life, I am more than just my two vaginas. It makes me feel rubbish. People are just seeing me as a sex object,” she said at the time.
Annie Charlotte was only 16 when she had the diagnosis after visiting the doctor to have the coil fitted, or, in simple terms, to get the intrauterine device (IUD) in a bid to ease her heavy periods.
