Dating creator Serena Kerrigan just picked up some serious Hollywood backing. According to The Hollywood Reporter‘s Etan Vlessing, the content creator and comedian, known online as SFK and the “Queen of Confidence,” has signed with CAA for representation.

Who she is

Kerrigan has grown a following of roughly 1 million fans who come for her blunt talk about breakups, self-esteem and self-love. She’s now leaning on the talent agency to grow her business as a media personality and entrepreneur, THR reports.

Her break came during the COVID pandemic, when she started an Instagram Live series called Let’s F*cking Date. Each week she went on a virtual blind date while quarantined followers watched and commented in real time. Unlike a reality show, she ran the whole thing herself as producer, host and contestant.

One idea, many products

That dating series has turned into a small brand of its own. Kerrigan has a Let’s F*cking Date card game packed with conversation prompts for singles and couples, and in September 2026 she released her first book under the same title through Penguin Random House’s Crown Publishing Group.

She also made the jump to TV. Kerrigan created and starred in Older Hotter Wiser, a seven-part Peacock comedy about a comedian heading from New York to Los Angeles for a big opportunity, with a cross-country road trip alongside her boyfriend, played by Felix Levine, that keeps going sideways.

On top of that, she posts to TikTok and other platforms and runs a Substack called The Plot. She’s also repped by Madeline McFerren and Laura Reddy at Range and Lauren Partipillo at HJTH, according to THR.

Why agencies want creators

The signing lands as traditional TV and streaming companies fight YouTube and other digital platforms for viewers, with creators who upload their own content pulling attention away from studio shows. CAA Creators, the agency’s division for digital video and audio talent, works with brands, companies and investors as the creator economy spreads into film, TV, publishing, consumer products and live touring.

The takeaway

Kerrigan’s path is a clear blueprint for creators: build one strong format, turn it into products, then use the audience to open doors in books and TV. A big agency signing is the next step in turning a personality into a full business.
