Camilla Araújo already left OnlyFans behind earlier this year. Now she’s betting on long-form talk. According to Variety‘s Todd Spangler, the YouTuber and entrepreneur is launching Plot Twist, a weekly interview podcast with guests from pop culture, business and beyond.
Where the show will live
New episodes will premiere on Araújo’s YouTube channel, which Variety puts at more than 9.3 million subscribers, and the show will also run on the major podcast apps. Short clips and highlights are planned for her social accounts, where her combined following tops 27 million.
Recording is set to begin before the end of 2026, but no premiere date has been announced yet. The show is being produced by Elan Gale through his unscripted company, TheYearOfElan, and will be filmed in person at Main Character Studios in Miami.
What she says it’s about
In a statement to Variety, Araújo said years of building a career in front of millions of people taught her that “there is always so much more to who someone is than what you see online.” She said she created the show “to get in there and have real conversations that go beyond the clickbait and the headlines.”
She also said she wants to dig into “those unseen moments, those hidden fears, and those crazy decisions that led people to really become who they are now.” Her reps describe the idea behind the show as nobody being defined by a single label, with each episode looking at the turning points, setbacks and choices that shaped a guest’s career. Dutch entertainment site Headliner also picked up the announcement, highlighting her pitch that stepping outside the box is the real key to creative and financial freedom.
From Squid Game challenge to course founder
Araújo, 24, was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, to Brazilian immigrant parents. She first broke out after appearing in MrBeast’s record-setting Squid Game recreation in 2021, and she joined OnlyFans that same year. Variety notes she wrote in a social media post that she earned more than $11.5 million on the site in 2025.
In a January 2026 video, she announced she was leaving OnlyFans to launch Becoming Her, a paid online mentorship course that promises to teach the viral content formula she credits for her success. Variety reports she has more products and business ventures in development, and she has also used her platform to back charitable causes, including animal welfare fundraising.
The takeaway
Araújo’s move follows a path more top creators are taking: use a subscription-platform fortune and a huge social following as a launchpad, then build media and education businesses that don’t depend on one platform. A weekly show with a seasoned producer and a big YouTube channel behind it gives her a shot at turning name recognition into a lasting brand. Whether Plot Twist lands will come down to the guests she books once recording starts.
