An ex-Nashville police officer who appeared in an OnlyFans skit agreed to suspend his post certification status indefinitely pending the outcome of criminal charges.
Sean Herman faces felony official misconduct after investigators say he helped make an adult video while he was on duty.
The Tennessee POST Commission on Thursday agreed with Herman, voting to suspend the officer’s certification.
The commission said Herman could seek reinstatement after his criminal case was resolved. Neither Herman nor his attorney appeared during Thursday’s commission meeting.
A three-year Nashville Police Department veteran, Herman was fired May 9, a day after investigators learned about the OnlyFans skit, which featured a uniformed Herman groping a woman’s exposed breast in the footage, according to a police release.
Herman, 33, of Sumner County, is out on $3,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 19.
