Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover veteran Carol Alt looked gorgeous in green on Sunday.
The 5ft11in brunette bombshell from New York attended the Ferrara Film Festival in Italy where she won an award.
She had her arm around Joe Ienco, who appears with Carol in director Filippo Prandi’s new movie My Last Best Friend.
‘The people of Ferrara opened up their arms to us and received us like family! It was a very unique experience. We shall return!!!! #GoldenDragon #Italy #Ferrara #ItalianCinema,’ she wrote in her caption.
This comes after the stunner joined OnlyFans. Alt looks sensational on the pay site as she pulls off her famous SI poses.
This comes months after she said in June she felt she had gotten curvier.
‘I have to admit, I had gained weight since my fitting with Zang so the dress popped, but he was with me so it worked! We’ve had several mishaps together, Zang and I! But we always manage to laugh our way through it. Obviously, the dress is Zang and the shoes are Zang. The rest was all Patti LaBelle….’ she wrote online.
The siren also said: ‘Did you ever have such a great time someplace that you never wanted it to end? That was the evening I spent with @ZangToi at Patty LaBelle‘s birthday.’
Carol has managed to stay in top shape her entire career.
The siren, who recently joined OnlyFans, told DailyMail.com exclusively earlier this year about her powerful 15 minute workouts.
The model and actress said it all comes down to doing the workout two or three times a day.
‘I do a 15 minute workout here and there, it’s easy to do in front of the TV,’ the leggy brunette told DailyMail.com.
‘You can do leg lifts, lunges and crunches, just keep moving even if it’s silly because any movement is helpful.’
She also said she is trying to simplify her life: ‘I am aiming for simple and clean all across the board for spring: Clean, fresh makeup, Clean, straight simple lines for clothing. Easy-going fresh, clean, light food absent of heavy sauces. Simplify life. The world is complicated enough. Thoughts are powerful so be mindful of them. We are our thoughts!’
Alt left a note about the splashy premiere on Instagram.
‘Had a wonderful time at the premiere of Strictly Confidential, the Lionsgate film, starring Elizabeth Hurley, written and directed by her son, @damianhurley1,’ wrote the supermodel.
‘It was the most unique script filled with twists and turns. Very visually beautiful really well crafted and directed. How did such a young man write such a deep, mature, interesting script?
‘Anyway, Elizabeth is the most charming, sweet person. Made me feel very welcomed and I had a lovely evening… What did you do last night? #ElizabethHurley.’
In January she told DailyMail.com about how to shed Christmas weight.
The star said that if you really want to take off the weight, you can, you just have to be mindful of what you consume.
Alt said that protein-packed morning shakes are a great way to start the day.
‘Protein loading earlier in the day will makes me feel more full. So when I’m at festive holiday parties at night, I’m less inclined to eat.
‘Then I eat something right before I go out. Fruit, usually, to fill me up.
‘The earlier protein-load fills me up, and the fruit tops me off,’ the Vogue cover model noted.
‘That way I don’t over-eat. Sometimes I might make it a fruit slushy or a fresh juice right before I leave.’
And she makes sure to hydrate properly.
‘I drink water throughout the evening because it fills me up and keeps me hydrated.… putting a lemon or a lime in it also makes it loo like I’m drinking something so people don’t keep trying to give me something because I am empty-handed. Always have something in your hand,’ said Carol.
And she shared an alcohol warning.
‘If you must drink alcohol, cut your drink with seltzer-spritzers, tonic water, or just cut your alcohol with water so that you get the flavor but not the calories,’ noted the pinup.
Then there is the snack tray trick: if you have to snack, do it with veggies: ‘If I’m going to a friends house, I always bring some thing that I know I can eat.
‘So that I’m eating with everyone else – Crudité is always the perfect go-to: Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers.
‘They’re tasty, you have to keep going back and picking at it, or you can carry a small plate around while you’re mingling. You can eat it with your hands; you don’t have to wield a knife and fork encumbering you,’ she said.
‘Lemon, cold pressed olive oil, and salt as a dip is healthy as well.
Sleeping wards off appetite too: ‘Funny thing is I always feel more hungry when I’m tired. So if you take a nap in the afternoon before you go out for your holiday parties or for New Year’s, that can help as well.’
And she also shared a few other tips: ‘Doing a small work out daily keeps your hunger down. Never deprive yourself, but aim for the healthy stuff. Eating minimal amount so you can get the taste but not over-eating.’
In November she talked to DailyMail.com about joining OnlyFans.
‘Life is about being a maverick,’ the New Yorker shared with DailyMail.com.
‘Life experience is a powerful tool if channeled properly,’ added the leggy model who was the first brunette to land on the cover of Vogue then went on to act in films like A Merry Little Christmas.
‘Only Fans is the next generation of content producing revenue. It’s important to own your own content. Platforms like this are the future. Always move with the times,’ added the star.
‘I am taking risks, exploring new ways to connect with the audience and fans.’
She also said that women should do what they want and not apologize for it. And don’t give up.
‘I have been turned down many times. And found other avenues to take to reach my goals. People always say no first… You can’t let that slow you down,’ she shared.
‘The Kardashians built a global empire chartering new terrain. The only limitations you have are the limitations you put on yourself. Age is not a limitation. It’s only a limitation if you see it that way,’ she added.
‘The key to life is to always live your life exploring the new and the uncharted. It keeps you young, and it keeps you relevant.
‘Take the time each day to try something new – something different and without apology or self judgement. We Judge ourselves too much.’
Alt wanted to remind fans that you only have one life so never allow the opinions of others block you from achieving your highest potential.
‘After Covid the world changed but the most important lesson I personally learned is to live every day to the fullest without apology or seeking approval from others,’ she noted.
‘Time to charter new terrain while paying close attention to our friends and neighbors
‘Sometimes people experience anxiety – depression and general apathy because they do not see a path way forward to living a different life away from what society deems successful or normal – this is the reason I am donating a portion of my earnings from this project to mental health causes.’
