The adult-only website is being used by under 18s, according to the ISPCC.
The ISPCC has raised concerns surrounding the number of children selling content on OnlyFans.
The adult-only website is known to host sexual material and has an age limit of 18 for users and creators.
But the charity claims the verification is too easy to get around.
10 calls were made to Childline in the past year from teenagers who post material on the app.
Alex Cooney, CEO of Cybersafe Kids, says we need to do more than educate children on the dangers of the internet.
“I would also call for tech companies to put in place robust state verification measures.”
“They put in place these mechanisms, age gates, to ensure children are protected from this content online.”
“I think we need to tackle these issues in a more robust way.”
