Cop arrested and fired for appearing in an OnlyFans video while on duty

A Nashville police officer was arrested and fired after he was identified in an OnlyFans video while on duty.

Back in May, Sean Herman was arrested and fired from Metro Nashville Police Department after allegedly appearing in an OnlyFans skit video while on duty.

While the platform may feature all kind of content, NSFW content certainly takes up a large part of the site.

Well, the former Nashville officer apparently took part in a X-rated mock traffic stop video for the site, with fellow detectives spotting him after the video surfaced.

Herman was arrested and fired from his police department on May 9, a couple of weeks after the video was shot on April 26.

The Specialized Investigations Division initially discovered the video and were able to quickly identify the man involved was Herman.

The police department confirmed the former officer was arrested on two counts of felony official misconduct.

“Specialized Investigations Division detectives today arrested former Nashville police officer Sean Herman at his Sumner County home on two counts of felony official misconduct for taking part in the production of an adult video while on duty,” a new release from police read.

It continued: “Chief John Drake fired Herman, 33, on May 9, one day after Specialized Investigations Division detectives discovered the video and identified him as the person in an MNPD uniform.”

Police explained how Herman could be seen from the chest down in the video, as he appeared in the apparent mock traffic stop OnlyFans video.

In the video, Herman allegedly ‘groped the exposed breast of the female driver’, according to Metro Nashville Police Department.

Filmed in a warehouse parking lot in the Madison area, police confirmed the woman in the video and the individual wearing the camera were not employees.

Some months on, Herman has had his POST certification suspended after a hearing.

The former police officer was not present at the hearing, though he did agree to enter a suspended status with his POST certification indefinitely as criminal charges hang over him.

Herman is due to appear in court on September 19, where more details surrounding this long-running case will be revealed.

The former officer was employed by the Metro Nashville Police Department for three years before the video came to light.

At the time of his arrest, a Criminal Court judge set Herman’s bond at $3,000.
