Pedro Pascal wants Dakota Johnson to get that coin by joining OnlyFans.
While giving fans advice during a Q&A segment with Elle UK, the A-list starlet, 35, revealed that her Materialists costar, 50, suggested that she join the subscription-based service for non-NSFW reasons.
“Pedro Pascal told me that I should have an OnlyFans and that I could just like wiggle my toe and make money,” Dakota shared during the May 16 video segment with the publication.
The topic of OnlyFans came up after a fan wrote in a question asking if they should be worried that their boyfriend followed models from the platform on Instagram. However, the 50 Shades of Grey star wasn’t much help with the issue since she is unfamiliar with the content platform.
“I don’t know anything about that,” Dakota answered. “I don’t know. OnlyFans is the place where people go to watch people do weird things?”
That said, the Madame Web actress was intrigued by the popularity of OnlyFans and inquired if the models were on a different threshold of hotness in comparison to “regular models.”
Dakota later admitted that she “would look at OnlyFans models on Instagram if [she] knew how to do that.”
“It sounds interesting. Sounds intriguing,” she said.
Dakota’s confession about Pedro’s suggestion went viral, and fans defended the Last of Us star in case his quote was taken out of context.

“Pedro is an ally. Don’t take this out of context. If he meant it authentically then that’s what it was. Let her eat and laugh to the bank,” one person wrote in the comments section of Complex’s May 18 Instagram post with Dakota’s quote.
A second fan commented, “If you read his actual quote you’d know how he meant it, don’t make it weird bruh lmao because I’d take his advice.”
While OnlyFans content creators can post any type of content, some people share explicit photos and videos, which gives some critics a bad taste in their mouth about the platform.
However, a handful of Hollywood stars have joined the social media site over the years, including Blac Chyna who now goes by the name Angela R. White, Iggy Azalea and Denise Richards.
Before Chyna turned her life around by reversing her plastic surgery procedures and deactivating her OnlyFans account, the reality star earned seven figures by sharing content on the site.
“The actual number was close to $2 million,” Chyna, 37, said during a 2023 interview with Forbes. “Within a 2-year span. So, I opened it in 2020. So, right when the pandemic had hit. I had opened it because I was like ‘Oh my gosh, what’s about to happen?’ I had just recently did a TV show called ‘Only Cams’ where I produced it and filmed on it just a little bit. So, it kind of gave me the leeway to kind of doing it, because it was something that I didn’t want to do at first.”
As for Denise, 54, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has yet to share her official numbers, but she told People in February that her earnings are “lucrative.”
