Sami Sheen discussed her many cosmetic procedures with Bravo star Gia Giudice, 24, on her Casual Chaos podcast.
She offered more insight into why she’s gone under the knife so many times after the premiere of Denise Richards and her Wild Things reignited that conversation.
‘I actually just posted a TikTok because … the episode just aired where I got my nose done, and everyone was flooding my comments: “This is so sad.” I’m like, “What’s sad? I’m happy,”‘ Sami, 21, said.
‘I started with lip filler when I was 18. Obviously, I went to the wrong person, had to get it dissolved, start over,’ Sami continued.
‘Before I got my nose done, I discovered nose filler. They would fill the tip and try and make it look cuter. But the guy literally told me, “You’re going to need a rhinoplasty to get the look that you want.”‘
Sami admitted that the nose filler pain was ‘bad’ and she wants to get another breast augmentation to increase the size.
Gia said that Sami’s procedures were all very natural looking.
‘That was my goal. I just want little enhancements, but those little enhancements, they’re kind of big things,’ Sami said.
She also said that she was ‘really confident’ before getting plastic surgery — it was just things she wanted.
‘It wasn’t like I needed something. I hated my nose, but I made it work,’ she continued.
‘I think that’s such a huge thing that girls need to really be happy with themselves before they get plastic surgery or any work done, because I think insecurity comes from really deep-rooted within you.”
Sami wanted listeners to know that getting work done ‘isn’t going to fix all your insecurities’ and said it is important ‘to really be confident and love yourself’ before having any cometic surgery.
She remarked that she gets a lot of nasty comments about her surgeries.
‘Everyone always comments like, “You need to respect yourself and be happy with yourself,”‘ she said. ‘I’m like, “I’ve been happy with myself. I just finally am able to, like, get a nose job.”There’s nothing wrong with wanting a little enhancement.’
‘The other day, someone was saying my forehead is too small,’ Sami added. ‘I’m like, “OK, if I had a bigger forehead, you would say it’s too big.”
‘Like what is wrong with my forehead? Why do these people tear me to shreds for literally absolutely everything I do? It’s crazy.’
Sami, the eldest daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, listed her past plastic surgery procedures in a TikTok earlier this month.
At the top of the list was lip filler, which the OnlyFans personality said she started getting at age 18 and touches up ‘every year.’
The blonde beauty noted that she also over-lines her lips, calling it ‘an addiction.’
Sheen also made sure to include a beauty injectable she didn’t like — Botox. ‘I got Botox in my forehead and I hated it,’ she confessed, adding, ‘I actually got it to lift my eyebrows up like this [gestures] but it did the complete opposite.’
She explained to viewers, ‘I was one of the rare people… it weighed my whole face down. It looked horrible, so I let it dissolve naturally and I’ve never gotten it since.’
The reality television star continued, ‘After that I discovered nose filler. So I did that in the tip of my nose and the bridge to try to make it more straight and lifted.’
Ultimately, she said the filler ‘worked a tiny bit, but I just needed a rhinoplasty, so I got that done twice.’
‘Next, I finally got the big procedure and I got the girls done,’ she said in reference to her breast implants.
‘They’re finally fully dropped and settled in,’ Sami continued while gesturing toward her chest.
She admitted, ‘I feel like I could’ve gone bigger and I really wish I went bigger,’ before declaring, ‘When the time comes to get them redone I’m definitely going bigger.’
The most uncomfortable procedure was getting veneers, which Sami said she got done a year ago.
‘That was the worst process ever. Good thing they don’t need to be fixed for another 20 years,’ she told her audience. ‘Let’s hope they last that long because I never want to experience that ever again.’
‘In August I got my nose done. That’s everything,’ Sheen shared as a final note.
