Francesca Farago and her fiancé Jesse Sullivan welcomed fraternal twins on Monday.
The OnlyFans model, 31, and the transgender actor, 34, announced on social media that they are now parents to a girl and a boy.
After the babies were born, Farago detailed her day on Snapchat, and shared some adorable glimpses of her and Jesse holding the newborns.
Farago — who previously puzzled fans with her bizarre baby name ideas — said she was admitted to the hospital after having ‘itchy hands and feet’ and ‘lack of fetal movement’ and was rushed to have a C-section.
The Too Hot to Handle star first shared her pregnancy news in April, after seeking out a sperm donor and undergoing IVF.
After giving birth Farago also posted her ‘plan of care,’ which included ‘clear liquids, bedrest, breast feeding, pumping’ and a ‘lactation consult.’
She also confessed she was in pain, after having suffered a blood clot in her uterus.
Farago went on to say that their baby boy looks nearly identical to Jessie’s older son Arlo, 16, and added that the twins are ‘so f*****g cute.’
Sullivan first shared a clip via Snapchat of the pair arriving at the hospital.
He explained that they had been in Starbucks ‘thinking we had so much time’ right before a nurse told them the twins would be born that day, with Farago’s C-section taking place ‘in 20 minutes.’
Sullivan said ‘everything happened so fast,’ adding, ‘I can’t believe they’re gonna be born today, it’s 11/11.’
The couple have not yet revealed the names of their little ones.
In May, Farago and Jesse shared a number of bizarre baby name ideas in a video that left their fans perplexed.
They posted a clip on Instagram where they discussed baby names they love but will not be using.
Farago left fans puzzled with her list, prompting one fan to ask, ‘Is this a joke?’
Among the names she picked were: ‘Baby, Afternoon, Odyssey, Alchemy, Heart/Hart, Lovely, Golden/Goldie, Lyrics, Sunday, Monday, November/Novi, October, Rocket/ Rocky, and Stone.’
Francesca also listed, ‘Prosper, Darling, Ethereal, and Caspian’ as names she liked, and mentioned doing another video with even more names.
‘I forgot SO many of my fave names so lmk if you want a part two!! A lot of these names we wouldn’t use but I still love the idea of them,’ she wrote in the caption.
However, fans did not seem impressed by the very unusual name choices.
‘Poor unborn child. They’re going to come out called “Elevator, Elly for short,”‘ one wrote.
‘I think you like words… not names,’ another fan wrote. ‘How about the name Princess Consuela banana hammock,’ someone else suggested.
‘I thought they were kidding,’ another commentator chimed in. ‘Imagine a 50 year old named Baby.’
‘Afternoon with the nickname after?? That one was a joke right lol,’ one commentator asked.
The comments continued with another fan pleading, ‘Don’t name your kid any of those names.’
‘Your poor kids,’ someone else wrote.
Skincare product brand Cetaphil got in on the fun as well, leaving a comment that read, ‘Would you consider Cetaphil?’
Many comments also brought up popular TikTok star and model Nara Smith who has previously caught backlash for her children’s unusual names and who also shared a video list of baby names that went viral.
Nara shares daughters Rumble Honey Smith and Whimsy Lou Smith, and son Slim Easy Smith, with her model husband Lucky Blue Smith.
‘Not the Nara Smith names,’ an Instagram fan wrote, to which Francesca replied, ‘I actually feel like our naming styles are pretty different!!’
‘Ok so Nara Smith isn’t so bad after this lol,’ another added.
‘Just ask someone else to name your babies,’ another follower chimed in.
Many comments said Francesca seemed to be just picking random words.
‘Seems like good ol Richard is out of the question?’ someone inquired.
Francesca announced her first pregnancy in April, after a ‘bumpy’ IVF journey with Jesse.
She broke the news across social media on International Transgender Day of Visibility in honor of Jesse, whose reassigned gender was affirmed in 2019.
‘We wanted to take this special day to celebrate this amazing milestone with all of you,’ Francesca – who boasts six million Instagram followers – wrote in a joint post.
‘We’ve brought you with us through the loss, so we couldn’t wait to bring you along for the win,’ she gushed.
‘I am still pretty newly pregnant, and there’s so much more to come, but we are so excited to be growing our family with Arlo as the coolest older sibling! AHH I’M PREGNANT!’
In the accompanying TikTok video, Jesse hinted at the gender by using My Best Friend Jacob’s 2018 song To Our Daughter (Lullaby), two baby emojis signifying twins, and what appeared to be two embryos.
The parents-to-be selected a sperm donor together before Sullivan had nine eggs extracted last August (making five embryos) and Farago had 18 eggs extracted last September (making eight embryos).
It remains unclear which parent’s embryo was transferred into the Canadian reality star’s uterus on March 19 at the Tree of Life Center in Los Angeles under the direction of fertility specialist Dr. Vuk Jovanovic.
But Jesse proudly announced he’d ‘finally got her pregnant’ in the comments of their post, which received congratulations from pop star Demi Lovato and Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause.
Sullivan was 18 when he mothered child Arlo Bear Sullivan (who uses they/them pronouns) back in 2006, and he ‘cannot wait to see Arlo be a sibling.’
‘When I felt guilty as a trans man because [Francesca] had to even go through this [pregnancy] process, she always assured me that she wouldn’t have it any other way,’ the heavily-tattooed TikToker said on March 19.
‘This is just the beginning for our family.’
Jesse previously stated in their February 1st YouTube vlog that they plan to raise their children as the gender assigned by their sex at birth ‘and then give them the space and love and freedom to discover if it’s different later on.’
‘How I raised Arlo was like blank slate parenting where I never forced gender norms onto them,’ Sullivan explained.
‘As little I used she/her and obviously considered them female and then as they grew up and they discovered that within themselves they told me one day, “I want to go by they/them and that was it and never looked back.’
Jesse and Farago – who got engaged April 28 – originally met via Zoom in June 2021 during her TikTok live event for Pride Month.
On Valentine’s Day, the Farago the Label founder wrote that they ‘were holding off the wedding until our first baby or babies.’
Sullivan was previously married to model Teela Sullivan while Francesca is said to have dated Jef Holm, Harry Jowsey, Casey Boonstra, Kelechi Dyke, Haley Cureton, Kori Sampson, Branden Condy, and Tana Mongeau.
Farago first found fame competing on Netflix dating shows Too Hot to Handle (2020) followed by Love Is Blind (2021) followed by Perfect Match (2023).
