She noted to People that she hopes to use some of her money to buy her parents a new home, which will mark “their first house that they’re going to own.”
“I watched them growing up, very poor, struggling to pay bills, living paycheck to paycheck,” she continued. “So that is what motivates me as well, my parents struggling. I wanted to change that.”
Although Rain and her parents haven’t always been on the same page about her journey with OnlyFans.
“I didn’t tell them when I started it,” she said. “At first, I kind of kept it a secret, and then they found out and they were upset.”
Rain said she later spoke out candidly about the nature of her job. “I just told them straight up that, ‘I post content online, this is what I do. If you can support me or you don’t support me, and I’m sorry, but I can’t help you guys,'” she said. “But regardless of the situation, they didn’t care. I’m their child and they love me.”
