Houston-based influencer and OnlyFans star Kaitlyn Siragusa, known as Amouranth, survived a terrifying home invasion after a trio of masked robbers stormed her residence, pistol-whipped her, and demanded her cryptocurrency holdings. But in a dramatic turn of events, the 31-year-old streamer fought back—possibly shooting one of her attackers before they fled the scene.
Siragusa, who boasts over 6.2 million followers on Twitch, shared the harrowing details on X/Twitter, posting surveillance footage of the ordeal. “I believe I shot one of them… I’m covered in blood, but only some of it is mine,” she wrote, attaching a chilling video that captured the chaotic attack.
Held at gunpoint, forced to transfer crypto
According to reports, the robbers broke into her home by shooting out a window before kicking down the bedroom door where Amouranth was hiding. Armed and aggressive, they allegedly pistol-whipped her and demanded access to her cryptocurrency accounts, forcing her to log in under the threat of death.
“They beat me … and pistol-whipped me. The pummeling felt like it would never end,” Siragusa revealed in a series of frantic posts. Somehow, she managed to send out an online SOS mid-attack, tweeting: “I’m being too robbed at gunpoint.”
Her husband, who was in a separate building on their property, saw the message and sprang into action. The couple executed a daring counterattack, leading the robbers straight into an ambush. As the criminals followed Amouranth into the building, her husband was already waiting—gun in hand.
Gunfire erupts as Amouranth fires back
Security footage captures the chaotic moment Amouranth and her husband turned the tables. As the robbers entered, at least two gunshots rang out—one reportedly fired by the influencer herself. The startled intruders immediately fled, but authorities believe one of them may have been hit.
Houston police have yet to confirm if any of the attackers sustained gunshot wounds, but Fox 26 reported that the suspects remain on the run.
Did Amouranth’s crypto flex make her a target?
The attack comes just months after Amouranth publicly flaunted her massive cryptocurrency holdings online. In November 2024, she posted a screenshot revealing $20 million in Bitcoin and Ethereum, asking her followers, “Help! Do I sell or hold my BTC?”
While authorities haven’t confirmed a direct link, many speculate that her post may have made her a target. The robbers appeared to have inside knowledge of her digital fortune, demanding access to her accounts in what seemed to be a premeditated attack.
‘I thought I was going to die’
Following the home invasion, Amouranth was rushed to a local hospital, treated for non-life-threatening injuries, and later discharged. She recounted the attack in gut-wrenching detail:
“I protected my head like I learned in boxing, but blood was streaming down my face and my hands were beaten brown,” she said, describing the relentless pistol-whipping.
The Houston Police Department is actively investigating the case, but as of now, the suspects remain at large.
