‘I work 100 hours a week as an adult star – it’s not all relaxing by the beach’

One OnlyFans star has revealed she spends “insane amounts of time” working to make sure her profile is a success.

Model Hayley Davies has been making waves in the adult entertainment industry, earning her the title of the “hardest working woman in porn.” Her dedication has resulted in Hayley building a loyal fanbase, but she’s admitted it took a lot of effort to get to where she is now.

The adult star used to work in IT while also holding down a job as a personal trainer and a stripper. She decided to focus on stripping after realizing she could make her entire monthly salary from her jobs in IT and fitness in one night as a dancer.

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror US about her decision, Hayley explained, “I spoke to my mom and she was supportive so I decided to do that.” She made the move to OnlyFans after meeting a fellow content creator while traveling in Europe.

Hayley said, “I was like, ‘If she can do it, I can do it’.” However, she had some rules for her account from the get go. “If my stuff’s going to be on the Internet like that, I’m going to do it right. I’m just going to work so hard and make sure that I do really, really, really well,” she told us.

When Hayley first joined OnlyFans, she set herself the goal of being in the top 1% of creators within her first month. When she smashed that goal, she explained how she “just made further goals and exceeded them.”

Despite giving up her jobs as a personal trainer and working in IT, Hayley said she has continued to work more than 100 hours each week. She told us, “I always preach that if you want to be really successful, you need to at least treat it like a full time job.”

The model admitted a lot of people have a “misconception” about OnlyFans models. “It’s girls starting it, but also the general population looking in on us, have this misconception that you take a few nudes, you do this and you’re good and you sit on the beach drinking margaritas and stuff like that,” she explained.

However, Hayley said it requires much more work than that. She explained, “If you want to be making six figures a month or six figures a week, you need to be working. Like I’m telling you, only recently I’ve been trying to get under 80 hours a week.”

She admitted it sometimes feels as though “the work never stops” as there is “always more you can do and the more you do, the more money you make.” Sharing her advice, Hayley added, “I think anyone should be spending 60 plus hours to really succeed.”

She also explained the reasoning behind her hard work, telling us, “You never know how long OnlyFans is going to be around for, so you should make the most of it now. That’s the way I see it.”

She continued, “I feel like when you’re doing this, you make the most of it. You work and then you sort of set yourself up for having money to do a business, or retiring at a reasonably young age.”
