At just 3ft 8inches, Caitlyn Hellyer is officially the UK’s smallest glamour model and it’s a title she is proud to hold.

The 23-year-old’s social media is flooded with sultry underwear photoshoots, raunchy snaps in latex dresses and gym progress pics.

The content creator from Plymouth, with dwarfism, is now a full-time OnlyFans model and Cait, who runs the channel @asliceofcait across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube boasts a steady following.

But the brunette, who now lives in Gloucestershire, didn’t always enjoy such a positive response to her content and appearance.

In an exclusive interview with FEMAIL, Cait revealed that she turned to OnlyFans after a series of difficult relationships left her feeling unappreciated and fetishised.

She explained that previous boyfriends had ghosted her, been talked out of dating her or had refused to introduce her to their families.

The glamour model said those experiences knocked her confidence and it took her a long time to build herself back up.

The former marketing student said: ‘I was seeing somebody who I thought was really lovely. We had loads in common, seemed really cool, liked travelling and the same things but it wasn’t until the second time I saw him that I realised I was a fetish.

‘He had this whole focus on my height and my hand – because I’ve got a left arm that doesn’t rotate – and he kept asking me what I could do with it and it was obsessive.

‘He also started following other little people and talking to them and I realised that he didn’t actually like me. This is all just about what I look like.’

She added that after that she kept trying to meet people but it would always end the same way as people saw her as a ‘fetish’.

Cait said: ‘I was speaking to people and obviously it starts out as a nice conversation.

‘About, you know, how you chat to mates, and then it goes a bit further, a bit further.

‘But then it doesn’t work out because they see me as a fetish.’

She added that even those who claimed they didn’t have a fetish for little people or weren’t embarrassed to be seen with her were still too ashamed to introduce her to their families.

‘One was happy to walk around town with me,’ she said.

‘But he wasn’t willing to introduce me to his family – I don’t think he could face it.’

The OnlyFans star confessed that one of her boyfriends was even persuaded out of dating her.

‘One guy I met about three or four times ended up admitting to me that his mate talked him out of going on a date with me.’

All of her relationship trauma has affected the influencer’s self confidence and she decided to ditch dating apps and focus on herself.

‘One night I think I deleted Tinder, deleted all the dating sites,’ she said.

‘I just gave up. Messaged my mate. I was like, “I’m not doing it. I’m just going to see where something leads me.” If I meet somebody like at a club or on holiday, because we were planning to go travelling, I’ll just do that.’

After setting up a profile on the subscription service and posting more racy content on her other social media, Cait found a following and also discovered she felt better than ever

The brunette revealed that previous boyfriends had been obsessed with her height and asking what she could or couldn't do

Her confidence took another hit when she saw the vile abuse she was receiving online.

Cait explained she would receive death threats and cruel remarks about her dwarfism underneath her social media pictures.

She said: ‘People would say I don’t deserve to be on the Internet, sending death threats, calling me Megamind or Jimmy Neutron. Basically comparing me to a Beluga whale.’

And she added that she also received a lot of sexual abuse as well – even when she was just wearing a big coat and leggings.

Cait revealed it got to the point where her now partner of three years, Guy, suggested she turn to OnlyFans to make some money out of her sexy snaps.

After setting up a profile on the subscription service and posting more racy content on her other social media, Cait found a following and also discovered she felt better than ever.

‘It makes you feel like a proper woman rather than a freak show,’ she said, ‘I feel valued – they just find me attractive.’

She added that men don’t seem to fixate on her height or ask her intrusive questions about her dwarfism.

The content creator has also found men who had previously ghosted her have come crawling back, asking to go on dates with her but she shuts them down immediately

The model's main goal is to put out content that makes her feel good about herself regardless of her height: 'I think you've got to be yourself as well. You can't just be your condition'

Cait added that she feels sexy within herself now – and is confident enough to buy lingerie.

‘I’ll go to a shop now and buy underwear, whereas before I would just buy Sainsbury’s basics because I didn’t feel attractive enough to buy underwear like that.’

The content creator found men who had previously ghosted her came crawling back, asking to go on a date with her.

‘They would just start messaging and sliding in to my DMs again because suddenly I have this career, I have a man. I have this success that I built on my own.’

She added that when she does receive messages now she simply shuts it down: ‘I’ve just told them to b***** off. You had your opportunity six years ago.’

Now, Cait is focusing on her boyfriend Guy and spending time with him.

She told FEMAIL that she hopes that OnlyFans can be her only job for the foreseeable future because it allows her to spend time with her engineer partner.

She revealed that on Monday she spent just 45 minutes producing content and in turn received $114, allowing her to spend the rest of her day as she wished.

Cait explained she finds that much more empowering than a regular 9 to 5 and doesn’t care what other people think.

But she added that she doesn’t want to be seen as an ambassador for little people and to only produce content related to her dwarfism.

She said: ‘I’d say I try and strike the balance because I don’t want to hyper focus on it too much.

‘I don’t want to come across as “poor me” because you’re niching yourself by doing that – because it’s a condition of every one in 25,000 so it would be hard to create a large audience from that.’

But she did admit that, when she can, she will post content aimed at addressing fan questions and recently posted a video of her doing her weekly shop to prove to people that it was perfectly possible for her.
