OnlyFans star Annie Knight has opened up about the challenge she took on this year, which landed her in the hospital after allegedly sleeping with 583 men in a six hour period
One OnlyFans star concerned fans after a challenge went terribly wrong and sparked a health scare.
Annie Knight was hospitalized following a controversial “intimacy challenge” in which she reportedly had sex with 583 men over a six-hour period. The 28-year-old Australian, who has gained online fame for her explicit content and open discussions around sex, took on the challenge as part of her ongoing effort to sleep with 1,000 people in a year.
The challenge took place on Sunday, May 18, and shortly after, the content creator began experiencing severe physical side effects. She later confirmed that she was suffering from ongoing bleeding and discomfort, which led to her being admitted to the hospital. She has previously spoken about having endometriosis — a condition that causes chronic pelvic pain — and believes it played a role in her body’s reaction to the event.

In a video posted on Instagram, Annie spoke out about the toll the challenge took and gave an update on her condition with her followers. “I’m not doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge,” she said. “It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut.”
“I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for your body,” she wrote, accompanied by a selfie of the content creator wearing a blue hospital gown. “I’ll definitely survive but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment.”
However, she still stood by her decision to take part. “I’ll definitely survive,” she added. “But it was more physically demanding than I expected.”
Knight had previously come under fire for the stunt, although she seemed unbothered by the criticism from people.”People seem to, like, get so uptight about it. At the end of the day, these men just want to have sex. God forbid, a man has sex. And I’m providing a service for free,” she explained.
“It really upsets me when I see people coming after the guys and being so mean about the guys that showed up, because I feel quite protective of them, and so when I see all these negative comments toward them, it really, like, upsets me.”
She received 2,000 registrations for the event, which required all participants to wear customized branded condoms and bright pink balaclavas to maintain anonymity. She only expected 200 people and was “absolutely shocked” when more than 500 showed up.
Annie has never been shy about sharing her goals and aimed to sleep with 365 people in 2023, but then bumped it up to 600 for 2024. She recently opened up about what had inspired her challenge.
“Last year, everyone started talking about me because I was talking about my sexual escapades online and I mentioned how many people I’d slept with and it went viral and everyone was talking about it,” she told New Zealand’s Edge podcast with Clint, Meg and Dan. “And I thought, why not make a bit of fun out of this and make it a challenge.”
