According to the adult performer, she’s expecting her first child. Lily posted an Instagram photo wearing a figure-hugging tank top and leggings while cradling a sizable baby bump on February 19, 2025. “The secret is out. Baby Phillips 2025,” she wrote in the caption along with pink and blue heart emojis. Lily also included a photo of two pregnancy tests, with a Clear Blue test saying she was one to two weeks “pregnant.” Another test next to it only showed one line, which typically indicates a negative result.
Lily followed up the post with a video rubbing her belly while saying with a giggle, “It’s official.”
Some Fans Don’t Think Lily Phillips Is Really Pregnant
Four hours before Lily posted her pregnancy announcement, her rival, fellow adult performer Bonnie Blue, teased that she might be expecting. Bonnie posted an Instagram Story photo showing half-eaten chocolate-covered pickles on plates of ramen noodles and wrote “cravings” across it.
In the comments of Lily’s Instagram posts, several users called out the women for the simultaneous pregnancy teases.
“Don’t fall for this stunt. Remember they just out for your attention,” one person wrote, while another follower added, “I think Lily and Bonnie saying this is disgusting. So many women who are desperate to be able to have children and can’t.”
“Lowest of the low faking a pregnancy,” a user chimed in, while another claimed, “Can literally see the strap on her back what a sad girl.”
Others asked about the paternity of the baby after Lily’s sex stunt. “Who’s the father out of the 100?” one person wondered, while another questioned, “How many DNA tests will this require?”
Why Are Lily Phillips and Bonnie Blue Rivals?
Bonnie claimed to have set a new world record by having slept with 1,057 in 12 hours in a TikTok post on January 13, 2025. The previous record was held by adult film star Lisa Sparks, who in 2004 claimed to have had sex with 919 men in 24 hours.
Lily announced in December 2024 that she planned to have sex with 1,000 men in 24 hours once the new year rolled around. She put out an advertisement reading, “1,000 men in 24 hours. Male talent casting call. 18+ only. Location TBC,” and that it would be filmed and live streamed via her OnlyFans account.
“I dreamed it up with my assistant. I can’t wait … it’s very exciting. It will be a world record. A real challenge!’ Lily told The Daily Mail in an interview published on December 6, 2024.
As for how she’d accomplish her goal, the England native explained, “Ideally, we’ll do it in a big warehouse with two doors. I’m hoping a couple of seconds each at most – and on their way!”
How Did Lily Phillips Become Famous?
Lily starred in the documentary I Slept With 100 Men in One Day, which premiered via YouTube on December 7, 2024.
“Surprisingly, downstairs is not really sore. It’s more just – tired. My eyes sting like nothing else,” Lily, 23, told Josh Pieters, who shared the documentary. She also admitted the process “took a lot longer” than she anticipated.
“It’s not for the weak, girls,” Lily later said during the conversation. “If I’m honest, it was hard. I don’t know if I’d recommend it. I think if you’re a different type of girl – it’s kind of like being a prostitute in a sense. It’s just a different feeling. I don’t know how to explain it.”
She took Josh and a cameraman inside the room in which she performed her sexually explicit tasks. Used condoms and wrappers were strewn about floor and the smell was so intense the photographer began gagging.
Lily revealed that she started to “disassociate” after having sex with more than 30 partners. “In my head, I can think of like five, six guys – 10 guys I remember and that’s it,” she shared.
