Ukrainian model Maria Kovalchuk is fighting for her life in hospital after having four surgeries, with the 20-year-old left unable to speak after being found dumped on the side of the road in Dubai
An OnlyFans model who vanished after attending a hotel party in Dubai with “two men from the modelling business” was found dumped on the side of the road with her limbs and spine broken.
Ukrainian beauty Maria Kovalchuk told friends she had been invited to a party at a hotel on March 9 but was reported missing after failing to board her flight from Dubai to Thailand on March 11. The 20-year-old previously told pals that she would be attending the bash “with two men who introduced themselves as representatives of the modelling business,” Ukrainian media reported. Maria’s mother, Anna, said her daughter told her that she would be staying with the two men but became worried when she could not contact her.
A missing persons report was filed to authorities but the model’s whereabouts remained unknown for several days. To the shock of her family and friends, a bloodied and battered Maria was found dumped at a roadside in Dubai on March 19, 10 days after she first went missing.

Russian outlets Shot and Life reported the young woman’s limbs and spine were broken and she was rushed to hospital. According to her devastated mother, Maria underwent three surgeries to save her life before later undergoing a fourth procedure.
She remains in a critical condition and is reportedly unable to speak. Speaking to Ukrainian media earlier this week, Anna said: “There is an assumption that she went to a party. But the promoter who organised these parties did not see her.
“Today Masha was found in the hospital in serious condition. She has no documents, no phone, nothing. She has undergone three operations. And she cannot speak.”
Russian model Angelina Doroshenkova spent time with Maria in Dubai and says she was invited to the same party. The 31-year-old refused the invitation, though, and returned to Russia days before.
“We all hope for the best and are very grateful to everyone who took part in the search and helped with information,” Maria’s friend said. According to the Daily Mail, Maria is from the city of Lviv in Western Ukraine and is also a known anti-war activist.
The report states she had participated in an event expressing solidarity with jailed Russian sociologist Boris Kagarlitsky. Kagarlitsky is currently serving a five-year prison sentence on charges of “justifying terrorism”.
According to The Sun, the party Maria attended is said to have been a ‘Porta Potty’ event. These are normally gatherings with female social influencers who are paid huge sums to carry out horrific acts.
Radha Stirling, the CEO of Detained in Dubai, previously told the Mirror influencers and artists have approached her organisation saying they were lured to parties where they were expected to perform sex acts. The organisation provides confidential legal help in civil and criminal cases in Dubai and helps clients navigate the complex legal system in the UAE.
She said: “We have received a number of complaints from influencers and artists who have been invited to Dubai for performances and events to then be lured into parties where they have been expected to participate in sexual activities.
“Sex outside marriage has been legalised in Dubai and events organisers have been quick to take advantage of the new ‘relaxed laws’. Women need to be aware that they may face confronting and even dangerous situations and if there is a married man involved, they can still be charged with adultery.”
