Mystery of porn star who plunged to death during threesome

Detectives are trying to unravel the tragic death of porn star Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, who fell from her balcony while filming a three-way sex scene.

Cops say that Pereira Alves — aka Anna Polly — invited two men to her high-rise hotel room to film a sex scene before tragedy struck.

The 23-year-old OnlyFans star’s body was discovered in the courtyard of the four-star Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Nova Iguacu — about 40 km northwest of Rio de Janeiro, on Jan. 23. The story only emerged in Brazilian media on Thursday.

Investigators say the two punters in the hormone-charged hijinks have told conflicting stories. So far there have been no arrests and the homicide unit is analyzing hotel CCTV.

Cops were tight-lipped about the post-mortem and whether Pereira Alves had drugs in her system. They also have not confirmed or denied that the young starlet was a victim of sexual violence.

Detectives have said that the investigation is “complex” and they are keeping “an open mind.” They hinted that the porn starlet’s death was either a tragic accident or a vile crime.

“All the information about the case is already in the hands of the police and they are investigating,” her heartbroken boyfriend Pedro Henrique told Brazilian magazine Quem.

“If someone is to blame, they will pay and the culprit will be found. She died in the fall. There was no time to save her.”

Henrique took to social media to pour his heart out: “It’s so difficult without you. As the hours pass it’s starting to sink in and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger.”

A Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit spokesman told local media: “We are conducting a thorough investigation to clarify what happened. It’s a complex case, and we don’t rule out any possibility, from an accident to a possible crime.”

The dead woman’s devastated pals said she had a bright future.

“She had loads of plans, she wanted to expand her presence on social media and she always spoke enthusiastically about her future projects,” one friend said. “This news has left everyone stunned.”

Meanwhile, the family of porn star Emily Willis, 25, claims in a lawsuit she is “permanently disabled” after seeking help at rehab clinic, Summit Malibu and parent company Malibu Lighthouse Treatment Centers, LLC.

According to the Daily Mirror, the lawsuit cites “abuse of a dependent adult, professional negligence, negligence and fraudulent business practices.”

Willis, who starred in more than 700 bonkbusters, remains semi-conscious.

She suffered cardiac arrest at the Malibu facility in early 2024 not long after checking into the facility to treat her ketamine addiction.

Reports say that Willis was knocking back “five to six grams daily” of K as she fell into a desperate state of addiction. That led to side effects including urinary incontinence and night terrors.

Willis had already been diagnosed with major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder and PTSD, and was on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications.

When she entered the facility, she was clean and continued to test clean even though her health was in “rapid decline,” according to the lawsuit.

Before her medical emergency, Willis claimed she had put porn in the past and wanted to get into mainstream films.
