Olympic pole vaulter Alysha Newman has teased she ‘might pick up some presents’ for her OnlyFans followers after raising eyebrows with her R-rated celebration.
Yesterday (August 7), Alysha Newman became the first Olympic pole vault medallist for Canada in 112 years after coming in at third place, taking home a bronze medal after clearing a height of 4.85 meters.
The 30-year-old wasted no time celebrating, dashing towards the crowds, pulling out a move which some viewers weren’t expecting and it seems like she’s sharing the love even further, teasing her followers in a post to OnlyFans.
At Paris’ Stade de France, Newman came in at bronze just behind Australia’s Nina Kennedy and the US‘ Katie Moon.
And keyboards were sent a-flapping on social media after Newman feigned being injured before giving the live audience a little ‘twerk,’ with many finding the move ‘funny,’ however, a few suggesting it wasn’t the ‘moment’.
Either way, Newman reflected on the win as ‘awesome’ and explained on her Instagram story she ‘did that celebration’ as a ‘representation’ of how she’s injured constantly but ‘never give[s] up’.
And she continued the celebration over on her OnlyFans account, taking to the platform to thank people for ‘sharing’ the moment with her and to tease a potential special surprise.

Newman shared a post to the site yesterday, writing: “I did it! So happy to announce that I’m taking home the BRONZE MEDAL and set a new NATIONAL RECORD for Canada. I am still buzzing from the energy.
“Thank you so much guys for sharing this moment with me, might pick up some presents for you guys before I leave.”
What ‘presents’ means – who knows – however, the athlete has addressed what sort of content she posts on her OnlyFans and it may shock you.
In an interview with German outlet BILD, the athlete acknowledged ‘many people a certain cliché when they think of OnlyFans’.
“I can’t change many people’s minds,” she continued. “But this website has connected me with many fans, more than any other pole vaulter before.”

Well, Newman revealed she posts ‘a lot of [her] training sessions’ alongside talking about nutrition and ‘lots of tips and tricks’ – a far cry from the more x-rated content that likely springs to most of our minds when someone mentions the platform.
Newman resolved: “What others think about it doesn’t bother me. I am who I am and I do it well.
“[…] I earn money with what I post – you have to log in to find out. It makes me confident and I feel good about it.”
And sometimes, that’s all there needs to be to it! As for the presents, well I guess her subscribers will just have to wait and see.
