OnlyFans creator Annie Knight has been hospitalized following a controversial adult challenge that left her physically and emotionally drained.

Knight, 28, revealed she was admitted to the hospital days after participating in a self-organized event where she claimed to have had sex with 583 men in one day, surpassing her previous personal record.

“I’m not doing very well,” Knight told Us Weekly after sharing a photo from a hospital bed. “I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge. It was definitely a bit raw down there, and I did get a small cut.”

Knight underwent blood work and medical testing following the stunt, which took place Sunday, May 18. She attributed the aftermath not just to the physical toll, but to extreme stress leading up to the event.

“I was feeling fine before, during and after,” she said.

“It was more like the after effects of the amount of stress I put on myself.” Knight said she had been juggling planning the event while buying her dream home.

Now, she says her body has “hit a wall.”

“My body has gone, ‘Hey, high cortisol can’t function,’” she said. “It’s making my endometriosis worse. Hormonal imbalances are triggering irregular and heavy periods.”

Doctors have advised rest, and Knight is hopeful about recovery. “The prognosis is good,” she said. “I’ll take a week off, sit in the sun, relax. I’ll be OK. I’m not letting this slow me down.”

Despite the backlash, Knight stood by the event and defended participants.

“People get so uptight about it,” she said. “These men just want to have sex. I’m providing a service — for free. I feel protective of them.”

Knight, who received over 2,000 sign-ups, said many men reached out afterward to thank her.

“They were grateful. Some drove six hours, others flew in just for it,” she said. “It was really amazing how many showed up.”
