OnlyFans star Annie Knight says she’s ready for round two after being hospitalized following her attempt to sleep with 583 men in just six hours as she posted a reel to Instagram
OnlyFans creator Annie Knight appeared unfazed in a recent Instagram video despite being hospitalized following an extreme challenge that went terribly wrong.
The 28-year-old Australian adult content creator sought medical attention after attempting to sleep with 583 men in just six hours. She reported experiencing significant bleeding afterward, prompting further medical testing. The incident occurred on Sunday, May 18.
Annie attempted to outdo similar challenges among other OnlyFans stars.Earlier this year, fellow creator Bonnie Blue claimed to have slept with 1,057 men in 12 hours — a feat that would surpass adult star Lisa Sparxxx’s known record of 919 men in 24 hours.

Just weeks before Blue’s announcement, OnlyFans performer Lily Phillips revealed she had sex with 101 men in one day, sharing her experience in a YouTube documentary titled I Slept With 100 Men in One Day.
This week, Annie appeared to downplay the physical toll of her own experience, contrasting it with Phillips’s. “I don’t know what Lily Phillips cried after only doing 100. Like I feel good, I could do 100 more. I could probably do 200 more.”
She also hinted at repeating the challenge, writing in her Instagram video caption, “583 just wasn’t enough … round 2?”
After being hospitalized, the content creator, who suffers from endometriosis, shared an update on her health with fans, saying, “I’m not doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge. It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut.”
She added, “I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for your body. I’ll definitely survive but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment.” She later clarified that the bleeding was related to a pre-existing condition, clearing up speculation, saying, “The bleeding is my endo, has nothing to do with the challenge.”
Knight had previously come under fire for her previous challenges, although she seemed unbothered by the criticism from people. “People seem to, like, get so uptight about it. At the end of the day, these men just want to have sex. God forbid, a man has sex. And I’m providing a service for free,” she explained.
“It really upsets me when I see people coming after the guys and being so mean about the guys that showed up, because I feel quite protective of them, and so when I see all these negative comments toward them, it really, like, upsets me.”
