OnlyFans creator Alice Rosenblum filed a proposed class action in the Southern District of Florida, alleging that Passes—a content subscription platform—its CEO, Lucy Guo, and Instagram influencer Alec Celestin, financially benefited from the production, possession, sale, and distribution of her images and videos.
Rosenblum claims that she was under 18 years old at all relevant times while engaging in the production of sexually explicit content. And she is represented by Christopher J. Clark with Clark Smith Villazor in New York and Jonathan Noah Schwartz with Schwartz Breslin in Miami. In the suit, Rosenblum claimed that on Feb. 24, Passes removed the option for minors between 15 and 17 years old to join as Creators.
