Onlyfans Subscribers Sue Over DMs
It has been said that a fool and his money are easily parted and that’s pretty much what happened with these two Simple Simons. Two OnlyFans subscribers are now suing the platform because they may not have been talking to models. Illinois men M. Brunner and J. Fry claim they thought they were communicating with the content creator they were subscribed to…but they may have been speaking with other people working for those content creators instead. Many OnlyFans artists use services to help them talk to fans, and the plaintiffs said that if they had known this, they wouldn’t have subscribed. Find that hard to believe. The men said they became suspicious when they realized one person couldn’t send DMs to all 700,000 of their fans. These men probably still believe in Santa Clause. “Creators may choose to work with a wide range of third parties, including photographers, videographers, talent managers and agencies, to curate and monetize their content,” an OnlyFans spokesperson said last year.
