Real Housewives producer claims he was fired for starting gay OnlyFans account

Patrick McDonald, a former producer on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and The Real Housewives of Orange County has claimed that US cable TV network Bravo let him go after he started an OnlyFans account.

The Emmy-nominated producer turned gay porn star posted a lengthy, two-part video on one of his Instagram accounts last Thursday (3 April) in which he alleged that he was “was iced out from all the shows I work on after I started making adult content on subscription fan sites.”

McDonald also went on to claim that he’d started up his OnlyFans side hustle because of what he described as an “incredibly toxic work culture on many of the shows I worked on.”

In the second part of the video, he continued to spill scalding hot tea in the same vein, detailing an alleged incident where he found himself in “hand-to-hand combat” with one of the Real Housewives stars as he tried to prevent her from assaulting another cast member with a metal pole.

He also called out a storyline that he says created a “moral dilemma” for him, which revolved around a cast member’s sexuality, describing the production company’s internal dialogue about the issue as “insensitive, problematic, and quite frankly gross.”

McDonald launched his OnlyFans account In August 2024, under the username ThiccTrick1 with his then-boyfriend Logan Stevens. He also has a “spicier” Instagram account with the same name which currently lists him as being in a relationship with fellow adult content creator Kyle Kupres.

“Sex work is real, legitimate work, and it has been since the dawn of humanity,” McDonald said in the Instagram videos. “While I am extremely proud of a lot of the work I’ve done with Bravo, I’m just as proud of the work I’m doing now,” he added.
