Sami Sheen admits she joined OnlyFans to fund plastic surgery

Sami Sheen has admitted that childhood bullying led her to join OnlyFans so that she could fund her own plastic surgery. 

Sami, 20, who is the eldest daughter of A-listers Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, has already undergone breast implants and a nose job.

She documented her rhinoplasty with celebrity surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar on her Bravo reality show Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, which airs Tuesdays on Bravo.

‘High school was very hard. I had to deal with kids bullying me. People would say that I looked like my dad,’ she said of her famous father.

‘I actually got a comment the other day from somebody saying, “You’ll never be as pretty as your mom”,’ she continued.

‘I have this frickin’ honker stuck to my face,’ she added.

Sami then admitted that ‘one of the main reasons’ she joined OnlyFans at 18 was so that she could pay to have her boobs and nose done, along with affording her own apartment and car.

Denise later broke down in tears over Sami’s determination to go under the knife.

‘For my daughter to want to get her nose done, it made me so sad,’ she cried.

‘I feel bad that she feels that she has to live up to my nose or whatever the f**k, because I don’t want them to feel like they have to look a certain way,’ she added.

‘They have two parents in this f***ing business and I feel bad.’

Despite Denise’s reservations, Sami insisted that she needed the nose job to boost her confidence and improve her appearance so that she could start modelling professionally.

She also confessed to spending ‘hours and hours’ editing her nose in photos and said that she often refrained from sharing images of herself because her nose ‘looked huge’.

Consulting with Dr. Dugar, Sami said, ‘I just want a more feminine nose. Nothing crazy.’

Explaining his signature ‘scarless nose job’ procedure to the star, Dr. Dugar said, ‘We need to do what’s called finesse rhinoplasty.’

He continued, ‘The way I do finesse rhinoplasty is from inside the nose. No cuts, no scars. You never lose the concept of your anatomy, we just filet your natural anatomy.’

A ‘finesse rhinoplasty’ or ‘scarless nose job’ is a closed rhinoplasty that involves making incisions inside of the nose so that none of the cuts are externally visible, and provides more natural results when done correctly.

Open rhinoplasties can sometimes lead to scarring on the underside of the nose, especially on the columella, which is the strip of tissue that separates the nostrils.

A scarless nose job costs roughly between $19,000 and $24,000, and healing can take as little as a week.

Satisfied with her pre-surgery consultation, Sami decided to get the procedure.

‘This is gonna change my whole life,’ she gushed.

A week later, when Dr. Dugar removed her bandages to unveil her new nose, Sami burst into tears over the results.

‘Oh my god, I’m gonna cry,’ she sobbed as she gazed into the mirror.

‘It looks amazing,’ gushed Denise, who was visibly stunned by her daughter’s new nose.

‘He did a beautiful job and I’m happy that she’s happy,’ the Wild Things actress added.

‘Oh my god, I’ve wanted this for so long,’ Sami continued. ‘It looks so good! This is how I FaceTune it.’

Sami also said that she could now finally get headshots taken to launch her modelling career.

‘I feel like a new woman. I feel so pretty,’ she said. ‘Now I’ve got a good nose!’

Speaking to DailyMail.com last August about his signature ‘finesse rhinoplasty’ procedures, Dr. Drugar said, ‘The nose that they should have been born with is already there. I just want to refine it and bring it out. I don’t want to recreate some TikTok/Instagram nose on their faces.’

Dr. Dugar estimates that the vast majority of celebrities who have had nose jobs have done so with a closed, scarless approach.

‘I’m part of an 80-year legacy practice here in Beverly Hills doing celebrity nose jobs and I can tell you that most celebrity rhinoplasty is closed scarless rhinoplasty because of the discretion,’ he explained.

‘They don’t want people to know they had a nose job. There’s still a taboo and a stigma no matter who you are. They want very natural results that look like it could have been what they were born with,’ he continued.

‘The cookie cutter, TikTok, Instagram, upturned nose job, the “Barbie nose” as they call it, everyone knows you can’t really be born with that.

‘So it’s kind of like extremely white veneers. It’s almost like a status symbol, but everyone knows those are fake. And so the problem is, if you’re a very elite actor or a celebrity, you don’t want people to know that you have a fake nose. You want to look as good as possible, of course, but you want to look very natural.’

When it comes to treating Sami, Dr. Dugar said that the model was nervous about going under the knife.

‘Sammy is a beautiful girl who was plagued by the droopiness of her nose for years,’ he said.

‘She saw several consults before she decided to do her surgery with me. I know that she was very anxious about doing surgery because she’s young and she’s also very aware of stigmas around plastic surgery.

‘And being the daughter of two very famous parents, of course she was nervous to do this, but she was also very excited.’

Sami’s first experience with plastic surgery was a boob job she got at 19.

Three months after splashing $10,000 on the procedure, Sami confessed that she wished she’d gone for a bigger size.

The aspiring model has already raked in a rumored $3million on OnlyFans since joining the site shortly after her 18th birthday.

‘Sami has been killing it, her images are super popular and she is already a multi-millionaire,’ a source told DailyMail.com in February.

‘She is on her way to making a fortune from her modeling, and she is just getting started.’

The 20-year-old is ‘rolling in the dough’ after getting her own pad and car while still a teenager, added the source.

Sami and her younger sister Lola are currently starring alongside mom Denise in Bravo’s Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.
