A Skins star who now does OnlyFans has revealed a reality about her new profession which may be surprising to hear.
Going from a teen film and TV star to running an OnlyFans is a less uncommon career path than many might expect.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that Harry Potter actor Jessie Cave had started an OnlyFans to post ‘fetish content‘ involving her hair.
Now, another iconic pillar of British youth has led an actor to take up a career on the platform.
Whilst OnlyFans is not exclusively sexual content – with Cave’s fetish content being non sexual – the Skins star in question, Megan Prescott, posts nude photos and creates personalised content.
Prescott has opened up about her profession in the past, calling for society to be less judgemental about sex workers and non-traditional work in general.

Prescott played Katie Fitch (aka Katie f*cking Fitch) alongside her sister Kathryn, who played Emily Fitch.
The pair were part of Gen 2 of Skins, starring in season two alongside Jack O’Connell as Cook, Luke Pasqualino as Freddie, and Kaya Scodelario as Effy.
Following Skins, however, acting success similar to some of her peers did not follow, leading her to be left with just £300 in her bank account and working odd jobs such as stripping.
She admitted in a past interview with Metro that she took up OnlyFans after she was denied furlough by a manager during Covid-19.
Claiming it ‘changed her life’, she opened up about life on OnlyFans in a new interview posted on TikTok.
TikTokker Bella Mia interviewed her for a segment called ‘Unconventional Questions: Teenage Actress Edition’.

When asked whether she felt more supported now or by producers of Skins, Prescott said: “Ironically, I actually get spoken to far nicer on OnlyFans than I have in a lot of my acting career, and definitely on social media.”
She goes on to joke that of all the Skins characters Katie would have done content with, it would have been JJ – and that she would have had him ‘under her thumb’.
Prescott has continued working as an actor alongside her OnlyFans, starring in a debut play written by Prescott based on her own life called Really Good Exposure which played sold out shows at the Soho theatre.
She also runs a podcast of the same name.
Speaking in the past about working on OnlyFans, Prescott said: “There’s nothing shameful about sex work. There’s nothing shameful about OnlyFans. But I didn’t have a huge amount of skin in the game. I put my money where my mouth is.
“The world didn’t end. Nakedness is fine. I’ve been simulating sex on television since I was 16. I’m 33 now, I can be naked on the internet, it’s fine.”
Prescott is not the only member of the Skins cast to have hit out at Channel 4’s handling of production, with Kaya Scodelario having been more overt in her criticism.
Scodelario was critical of the lack of safeguarding on the show and the fact the cast were paid the ‘bare minimum’.
She went on to state, however, that she ‘will always be grateful’ but that ‘safeguarding really wasn’t a thing back then’.
