Hall , 35, sued Hill, alleging that on June 28, 2023, during a backyard football practice, Hill threw her on the ground so violently that she broke her right leg, requiring reconstructive surgery. She is requesting more than $50,000 in damages. However, Hall revealed in a deposition in October 2024 that she and Hill had sex both the night of the event and the next day.

Hall testified that Hill gave her a piggyback ride to his bedroom following the accident. Hall said that Hill’s anger was restricted to the football drills when asked by Hill’s lawyer, Robert Horwitz, why she didn’t call the police, leave, or ask to be placed in a separate room.
She said: “No, because he was only aggressive in that moment after they had laughed at him and, and during those plays, but after the plays it went back to a normal demeanor, so he was being more himself.”
“That’s not the words I used. I said I got injured while playing. I just said that I was trying to guard him and that’s how I got hurt.”
Hall went on to say that she slept in Hill’s bed because she felt exposed and needed solace after the injury. She acknowledged having sex with Hill “later” the next day and “just once” on the evening of the event. Before going back to Tampa for medical care, Hall spent a few more days in Hill’s South Florida house, participating in a variety of activities.
