Bhad Bhabie is trying once more to cash out of the Florida mansion her OnlyFans money paid for. According to TMZ‘s staff, the rapper and internet personality put the estate back on the market last week with an asking price of $6.9 million. The New York Post‘s Emily Fu followed up, noting the new price is $990,000 below the $7.89 million she first asked when she listed it in December 2023.

Bought in cash at 18

The backstory is what makes this listing stand out. Bhad Bhabie bought the house for $6.1 million in March 2022, in an all-cash deal, when she was just 18. Celebrity Net Worth reports she bought it from NFL pass rusher Jason Pierre-Paul, who had paid $2.3 million for it in 2017 and then renovated it heavily.

If it sells at the new asking price, she would walk away with about $800,000 more than she paid, before fees, upkeep and other costs, as AllHipHop points out.

A long road to a sale

This isn’t the house’s first time on the market. Celebrity Net Worth, citing the property history reported by Realtor.com, says the asking price had dropped to $6.85 million by January 2025, and the listing was pulled the following month. The new listing went live on October 21, 2026, putting it $50,000 above that last reported price.

What buyers get

TMZ describes an 8,958-square-foot home with seven bedrooms on about an acre in a guard-gated community. Inside there’s a gourmet kitchen, a private office, a billiards room, wine storage and a dry sauna. The first-floor primary suite has a spa-style bathroom, a private outdoor Jacuzzi and three custom walk-in closets. Outside, there’s a large pool and spa, a six-car garage and a separate two-story guest house with its own kitchen. Mansion Global also reported the listing at $6.9 million.

The OnlyFans money behind it

Bhad Bhabie joined OnlyFans in April 2021, shortly after turning 18, and the money came fast. Celebrity Net Worth notes she shared a screenshot showing more than $1 million in revenue in her first six hours. About a year later, she posted a statement showing roughly $53 million in gross earnings and about $42.3 million after the platform’s cut. AllHipHop adds that during a March 2025 stream with DDG, she said, according to Us Weekly, “Now, overall, the net on it is like $75 million.”

The takeaway

The mansion is one of the clearest symbols of how quickly a big online following can turn into real-world wealth on OnlyFans. Bhad Bhabie had the cash to buy it outright at 18. Selling it is proving slower, and the lower price shows that even OnlyFans-funded trophy homes still have to answer to the housing market.
