The creator world lost one of its fitness voices this week. Liam Fitzgerald, a Miami-based fitness influencer and OnlyFans creator with more than a million Instagram followers, has died after a motorcycle crash. He was 29. According to Us Weekly‘s Justin Harp, the news came from his girlfriend, Jamie Lyn Rinaldi, in an Instagram post on Saturday, October 31.

What his girlfriend shared

Rinaldi wrote that Fitzgerald “passed away following a motorcycle accident on October 30th at approximately 2 AM.” She added that he “suffered severe injuries, and despite the efforts of those who tried desperately to save him, they were unable to bring him back.”

“There are no words to describe the heartbreak of this loss,” she wrote, asking fans to keep his family and loved ones in their thoughts and to give them “grace, love and privacy.” She closed with, “Rest peacefully, Liam, we love you so much.”

As of now, the exact circumstances of the crash have not been made public. Both Us Weekly and the New York Post‘s Adam Silverstein note that details of what happened have not been disclosed.

A coach as much as a creator

Fitzgerald built his audience on more than one kind of content. As the New York Post reports, he regularly posted fitness advice, style content and money tips on Instagram, and he promoted his OnlyFans account through his own website. Us Weekly adds that he also sold fitness and social media coaching to fans, and People reports that his site offered one-on-one training sessions.

That mix of subscription content, coaching and brand building is a familiar model for creators who use OnlyFans as one piece of a bigger business. In a February 2026 interview with Inked magazine, cited by the Post, Fitzgerald put his goal simply: “I want to help people achieve their personal goals, whether that’s fitness or brand building.”

A love of bikes, and tributes from fellow creators

Fitzgerald often shared his passion for motorcycles online. In June he posted a photo of himself riding shirtless, captioned “He ain’t nothing like me,” according to both outlets.

Fellow influencers have flooded social media with tributes. Fitness model JT Reinhard, commenting on Rinaldi’s post, wrote that “emotional stress and the road do not mix well” and recalled his own near-fatal crash in January. “He seemed like he wanted to do good for this world,” Reinhard added. Another influencer wrote, “Liam had the biggest heart. He motivated everyone,” as quoted by Us Weekly. Creator Austin Georgas told fans, per the Post, “You have inspired millions of us and I’m so grateful to have even had the chance to know you.”

The takeaway

Fitzgerald’s death is a sudden loss for the fitness and creator communities he helped build, and his family has asked for privacy while they grieve. For the many creators who knew him or followed him, the message coming out of these tributes is simple: check on the people you ride with, and ride safe.
