Disney is bringing its holiday shopping push straight into TikTok’s storefront, and creators are a big part of the plan. According to Marketing Dive‘s Jessica Hammers, Disney will run its first TikTok Shop Super Brand Day from Nov. 4 to Nov. 10, pulling together Disney Store products and more than 20 partner brands in one place.

What’s in the week-long event

Hammers reports that the event covers Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars-inspired holiday gifts across home, toys, beauty, fashion and accessories. Partner brands include Old Navy, Crocs, Corkcicle, ColourPop, Touchland, Kyte Baby, FHI Heat, Girls Crew and PopSockets, each selling its own Disney collection. It’s part of a bigger “Make the Holidays Magic” campaign that Disney is backing with paid media and creator storytelling.

Two items will be sold only on the Disney Store TikTok Shop during the event: a Star Wars “Darth on a Hearth” plush and a Mickey Mouse Icon Wreath holiday mini backpack from Loungefly. The Disney Parks Blog says both will reach DisneyStore.com on Nov. 11, after the TikTok run ends.

Creators carry the sales pitch

The selling won’t just happen through product listings. Per the Disney Parks Blog, creators will host TikTok LIVE sessions throughout the week to show off products, and Disney Store will open the event with its own LIVE on Nov. 4 focused on gifts and ornaments.

According to Tubefilter‘s Sam Gutelle, Super Brand Days mix advertising, creator content and TikTok Shop listings into one campaign, and they’ve been key drivers of TikTok’s holiday sales since the format showed up in 2024. Gutelle notes that TikTok’s U.S. sales topped $500 million on Black Friday weekend alone last year.

Why both companies want this

Liz Shortreed, Disney Consumer Products’ senior vice president of Americas, told Marketing Dive that how fans discover and shop for brands “continues to evolve, and our opportunity is to evolve with them.” Hammers cites an Emarketer forecast that TikTok Shop’s U.S. sales will rise 48% in 2026 to $23.4 billion.

Gutelle points out that the deal fits a broader pattern. Disney signed a deal with TikTok earlier this year that lets creators use characters from its well-known properties, and it has been adding more short-form video to its own apps. Marketing Dive adds that Sephora and Best Buy both joined TikTok Shop this fall.

The takeaway

When one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world builds its holiday sales week around creator livestreams, it says a lot about where shopping is heading. For creators who sell through TikTok Shop, big brand events like this one are a chance to earn from the holiday rush, and a sign that live selling is turning into a real line of work.
