Former NBA star Lamar Odom’s OnlyFans launch is already producing five-figure headlines. According to TMZ, sources say the two-time Los Angeles Lakers champion took in more than $50,000 in his first eight days on the platform, where a subscription runs $14.99 a month for exclusive photos and videos.
What the outlets are reporting
Complex‘s Bernadette Giacomazzo picked up the same TMZ figures on Saturday, noting that Odom is also said to be on track for more than $200,000 from the page. Larry Brown Sports and BlackSportsOnline‘s Robert Littal carried the story as well.
BlackSportsOnline was careful to flag what the report does not include: named sources, a payment statement, or a clear note on whether the $50,000 is gross revenue or Odom’s take-home after platform fees. The $200,000 “on track” number also came without a published timeframe or math. Treat both as anonymously sourced claims, not audited earnings.
How he framed the launch
TMZ first reported Odom’s OnlyFans debut in late October and billed him as the first former NBA star on the site. At the time he told the outlet he still had “a few surprises left” after a “wild life,” and said, “People hear OnlyFans and automatically think one thing, but I’m not here to tell you what you will or won’t see.”
Outlets covering the new payday say he is posting nude photos and has discussed shooting content with girlfriend Rachel Bradley, who opened her own page. A possible collaboration is not the same as a released joint post.
Why the numbers matter for athlete creators
Athletes have been a steady OnlyFans storyline this fall, from beach volleyball’s Avery Poppinga to tennis pro Panna Udvardy talking about covering tour costs. A reported $50,000 in eight days at $14.99 a month is the kind of early traction that keeps that pipeline in the news, even when the dollars are still secondhand.
The takeaway
Celebrity launches sell the “first week” narrative. Odom’s launch comments are on the record; the new dollar figures are not independently verified. If the TMZ sourcing holds up, it is another data point in how fast a big name can monetize a subscription page. If it does not, the story still shows how quickly unverified OnlyFans earnings travel once a star is attached.
