A mother who was saved by her five-year-old ‘hero’ son after she collapsed at home has shared the vile abuse she received online – all because she is an OnlyFans model.
Ruby Natalie, 30, started to feel lightheaded on August 8 and decided to lie down and ‘watch a bit of telly’ in her central London apartment.
Just under an hour later, her youngest son JJ, five, came into the bedroom to ask for a drink – but as she went to grab one for him she suddenly fainted.
MailOnline previously told how brave JJ grabbed his mother’s phone, dialed 999 and stayed ‘very calm’ as the operator helped him put her in the recovery position and monitor her breathing.
Although the young boy gave his address as a ‘tall building’ in ‘London’, his actions saved his mother’s life that day. She was rushed to St Thomas’ Hospital in London where doctors saw blood around her fallopian tubes and took her to emergency surgery.
But since sharing how JJ saved her life, Ruby has faced vile backlash from trolls claiming she ‘made up the story for OnlyFans publicity’.
Ruby started out as a ‘Sugar Hut Honey’ at a nightclub in Brentwood, Essex before becoming a glamour model at the age of 18.
At the age of 25, she signed up for the adult platform OnlyFans – where she has been producing content on-and-off for five years.
Thousands of subscribers pay £15.99 per month to access exclusive images and videos from Ruby.
When JJ’s heroic actions hit the headlines, Ruby did as any proud mother would and posted it on social media.
Reposting an article on X, she wrote: ‘My baby. So proud of him!’
This post has now been seen 6.4million times, attracting hundreds of vile comments.
One cruel commenter wrote: ‘I once collapsed and had to be taken to hospital.
‘Should I open an OnlyFans account and cake myself in make up for the newspaper photographer?’
Another said: ‘So he saves your life and you ruin his by doing OnlyFans? Modern women’.
Others have suggested that Ruby made up the story entirely to promote her OnlyFans account.
Ruby told MailOnline: ‘Look at the scars on my belly! There’s a picture of me in the hospital bed with my son.
‘You can’t pay off the NHS! I didn’t ask for them to take me down to emergency surgery. It’s beyond ridiculous.’
Addressing the trolls, Ruby said: ‘What does my job have to do with anything? Obviously I do OnlyFans. But then I influence as well. You know, I get paid collaborations. And then I own a salon as well. I do aesthetics.
‘A job is a job. I pay tax like everyone else.’
Ruby revealed that she ‘struggled to sleep’ after reading the comments online.
‘I wasn’t okay that night,’ she admitted. ‘I get the trolls commenting on how I look plastic and fake. That doesn’t get to me, because yes, I have had quite a bit of surgery. I don’t hide that.’
The 30-year-old mother nonchalantly listed off the times she has gone under the knife. ‘Three boob jobs, one nose job, one lip lift and one brow lift,’ she said.
‘But to the comments saying I should have died that day and that I shouldn’t deserve to live – that would leave two children motherless. They would be missing out on their mummy.’
Ruby lives with her fiancé Ansis, 26, and her two sons Leo, nine, and JJ.
She admitted that JJ does not know what she does for a living.
‘That’s not a conversation I’d have with with a five-year-old,’ she said. ‘He wouldn’t have a clue, you know?
‘All I’ve really told him is like, Mummy is an influencer on her phone.
‘Obviously, when he grows up and asks I’ll be honest with him. But that’s a conversation for another 10 years.’
Ruby’s eldest son Leo is autistic. ‘He doesn’t understand anything like that,’ she said. ‘I’ve never had a conversation with him about it.’
Although Ruby has faced vile abuse on social media, many others have taken her side.
A user on X posted: ‘Mind boggled over the fact all the comments on this are talking about her OnlyFans and not the fact her son literally saved her life??
‘Don’t really see why it’s relevant to comment on it when she’s clearly been through a tough time and had to have serious surgery.’
Another said: ‘Very smart little man! You must be proud. Tell him I think he’s a hero.’
